1)Car Rental Terms & Conditions.
1.Renters and Drivers Age:At least 21 years old.
2.Drivers Licence:A valid driving licence held
for at least one year is required.
3.Co-driver :The second Driver will be charged
3 euro per day.
4.Minimum Rental
The minimum rental period is THREE (3) consecutive
days.
Car rental is based on 24 hours per day basis from the
point of collection of vehicle.
The hirer will be charged for any hours exceeding the
rental period at the hourly rate of 15% of the local published
tariff.
5.100% Full Insurance Without any Self Risk:
a.Collision Damage waiver.(C.D.W.)
b.All the authorized drivers of PANAVIA vehicles
are covered against fire,
theft and liability to third parties for death, injury
or damage to property.
c.No liability for damages to the PANAVIA rented
car even if the accident
caused by renter's fault.
d.Tires ,Glasses, Mirrors, Scratches and damages
under the car.
e.Theft and Fire Protection for the whole
value of the vehicle.
6.Personal Accident Insurance:This insurance,
optionally available for
1.76 Euro per day per Person, covers each passenger of
Panavia rented car.
Aggregate indemnity for every accident is limited to 500.000
Euro.
7.Road Service:In case of any trouble, road service
will be available 24 hours

8.Baby Seats:Available on request for children
up
to 1 years old.
9.Traffic Fines:Tickets and subsequent administrative
sauctions resulting
from traffic violations during the rental period are at
the renters expense.
10.Gasoline:Renter Pays for gasoline consumed
during the rental (ONLY UNLEADED).
11.Extension Of Rental
Should the hirer wish to extend the rental, it
is important to advise "PANAVIA"
immediately so that insurance coverage is extended appropriately.
12.One way Rentals:Applicable in Crete provided
an advance approval is obtained from "PANAVIA"
station.
13.Availability:Car models are according to original
planning. Delivery problems however, may compel us
to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.
14.Shipping of Cards:It is only allowed if
"PANAVIA" authorises in writing.
15.TAXES: All rates are INCLUDE 18% VAT

2)Excursions-Cruises Terms & Conditions.
1. TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE AND MAY CHANGE DUE
TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
2. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE THE CORRECT
PICK UP TIME AND PICK UP POINT. INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN
TO PANAVIA WILL RESULT CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP AND YOU BEING
CHARGED.
3.ALWAYS CLIENTS HAVE TO BE AT PICK UP POINT
5 MINUTES BEFORE.
4.THE DAYS IN OUR DESCRIPTION ARE VALID FOR
APRIL UNTIL OCTOBER.
5.IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A CANCELLATION
DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS OF A SAILING TRIP (SPINALONGA –
CHRISSI) A MINIMUM CHARGE OF 6 EURO PER PERSON WILL BE CHARGED
IN CASE THE CLIENTS DO NOT WANT TO TRY FOR ANOTHER DAY. THIS
FEE WILL NOT BE CHARGED IF THE EXCURSION IS CANCELLED BEFORE
THE PICK UP IN THE MORNING. IN THAT CASE ONE OF OUR STAFF
WILL INFORM THE CLIENTS AND THEY WILL CAME BACK TO THE OFFICES
TO TAKE A FULL REFUND.
6. WHEN YOU GIVE A RESERVATION BY FAX AND
INTERNET ALWAYS PHONE TO RECONFIRM (TEL: 28970 24529).
7. GROUP IS CONSIDERED THE AMOUNT OF 10 PERSONS
AND OVER. PLEASE CONTACT US TO GIVE YOU OUR GROUP RATES.
8. ALWAYS GIVE TO US YOUR LANGUAGE SPOKEN
WHEN YOU MAKE A RESERVATION. WE ORGANIZE ENGLISH, GERMAN,

3)Internet Policy
1.THE LEAD DRIVER NAME COLLECTING THE CAR MUST BE
THE SAME ADVISED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION AND ON THE RESERVATION
REQUEST FORM.
2.RENTALS CARS ARE INSURED FOR A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF
PASSENGERS.
PANAVIA - TRAVEL CAR RENTAL CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IF
THE VEHICLE IS NOT LARGE ENOUGH TO FIT ALL PASSENGERS AND
LUGGAGE ON ARRIVAL - THEREFORE MAKE SURE THE CAR RENTAL YOU
REQUEST IS LARGE ENOUGH FOR YOUR NEEDS.
3.CANCELLATION/NO SHOWS: ANY BOOKING CANCELLATION
ARE EFFECTIVE FROM THE DATE WE RECEIVE THEM. UPON RECEIPT
WE WILL CONTACT THE RELEVANT SUPPLIER TO ASCERTAIN THE RELEVANT
CHARGES. NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED ONE DAY RENTAL. THERE ARE
NO REFUNDS ON EARLY RETURNS.
4.Please remember you will need your driving
licence,passport, drivers must hold a major credit card and
in some locations a International Driving Licence to collect
your car.
