are some Common Questions and Answers that may Help you
to get out of Comfusion.
1.
How to make a car rental reservation? 
1. Your Name.
2. Details of driver. We need the age, passport details,
nationality and driving license (number and expiry date).
This would facilitate the completion of the rental agreement
during delivery of the car.
3. Model required. The type of vehicle required, and if
the hirer can manage a manual transmission gear. Automatic
gears are not available.
4. Car Pick-up. Date, time and venue for the car to be delivered
to the hirer.
5. Car Drop-off. Date, time and venue for the car to be
collected from the hirer.
6. Extra? Indicate if P.A.I. is required (Optionally 1.76
euro per Person per Day).
2.Is
there a minimum rental period? 
Yes, the minimum rental period is 3 days. Any rental period
less than 3 days will still incur a total rental charge
of 3 days.
3.What
should the hirer do if he wishes to keep the car for longer
than the rental period? 
He should call our customer service number at 28970 24529
to make that request.
He will be charged at our published rates for the extended
hire.
It is important to contact PANAVIA immediately so that insurance
coverage,
if applicable, is also extended.
4.What
should the hirer do if he wishes to return the car earlier
than the rental period? 
He should call our customer service number at 28970 24529
to make that request.
He will not be refunded for the unused days during his stay
in Crete.
Refunds will be the prerogative of PANAVIA and if any, will
be done through the hirer's tour operator.
5.Is
Your Site Secure, so I can make a Reservation?
Yes our Site is 100% Secure ,using the most Secure
Certificate 128bit from Thawte.
6.Will
I need a credit card in my name to rent a car?
Yes, the driver will need to present a valid credit card
in the driver's name.
Debit cards are not accepted.
7.Can
I modify/change an existing reservation?
Yes; however, modifications may cause rate changes. Car
rates can change daily, or even hourly, so changes you make
to your reservation after confirmation can affect the original
rate.
8.Will
I receive the make/model of car I have reserved?
Receiving the requested make or model of car depends upon
availability at the time of your arrival to pick up the
vehicle. We cannot guarantee the make or model you will
receive but sure from the same Car Group.
9.How
old do I have to be to rent a car?
Renters and Drivers age must be least
21 years old.
10.Are
taxes and insurance included in the quoted rate?
Yes, taxes and Vehicle insurance are included in the quoted
rate except the PAI(Personal Accident Insurance).
11.Where
can I pick-up (or drop-off) the car?

You can pick up the car either at the Hotel, Airport or
from our Offices.
12.What
happens when the car breaks down or malfunctions?
Call our 24 hours emergency helpline at 28970-24529 and
the hirer will be given the next course of action. Under
no circumstances should the hirer try to repair the car
or bring the car to a workshop without first contacting
us.
13.What
happens when an accident occurs?

Our partner agents will be contacted and details of the
event, if available, will be reported to their office as
soon as possible. In the event of vehicle damage, the hirer
must make a insurance report at our Office within 24 hours.
This is to ensure that coverage of all applicable insurance
policies will be provided accordingly. The hirer must also
contact our emergency number (28970-24529) which is given
at the point of collecting the car.
In the event of physical injury, medical
attention will be provided according to your instruction.
In the event of death, repatriation will be arranged according
to your instruction.
